Rossella Mercuri is a seasoned in-house legal executive and business-minded operator with over 20 years of experience advising high-growth companies across the technology, telecommunications, real estate, AI, medical device, and hospitality sectors. She has served as General Counsel for over five years, leading legal strategy, compliance, and commercial negotiations at both private and PE-backed companies.

Rossella brings a pragmatic and forward-thinking approach to corporate law, M&A, regulatory compliance, employment matters, and strategic commercial transactions. She has a proven track record of partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal landscapes, reduce risk, and unlock growth opportunities—both domestically and internationally.

She is especially passionate about enabling innovation in emerging markets and has recently focused on supporting AI-driven platforms and data-rich products in regulated environments, with a strong emphasis on privacy, IP, and product strategy.

Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and qualified as U.S. In-House Counsel, Rossella is also CIPP/US certified and holds a J.D. from New England School of Law and a B.A. in International Marketing from Drexel University.
